3. Ownership of the content created by our users

Our users have the full ownership and the copyright of all designs uploaded to our website and emails created using our services. As stated in section 1 of this Privacy Policy, we will never access or have a look on any emails created by our users without their express consent. And even in the event that this express consent is given to us, we still will not have the right to share, publish or display the designs and emails of our users without their express consent given in written form by either email or post.

4. Cookies

6. Mailmalade account synchronization with Campaign Monitor and MailChimp accounts

As part of the email exporting process, our users can synchronize their Mailmalade account with their accounts in Campaign Monitor and MailChimp. This synchronization is aimed at easing the whole process of creating emails and launching email marketing campaigns.

When your emails created with Mailmalade are exported to your accounts in Campaign Monitor or MailChimp, our Privacy Policy is no longer applicable. Mailmalade have no commercial agreements with Campaign Monitor and/or MailChimp.

7. Links to other web sites

Our website may contain links to other websites. We would like to point out that this Privacy Policy applies exclusively to our website. We have no way of influencing the practices of other providers with respect to data protection, nor do we carry out any checks to ensure that they conform with the relevant legislation.
